| I am a local government officer and had a substantial six figure debt following a marriage breakdown. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I was put in touch with Debt Lifeboat and following a meeting an IVA was recommended. Forms were completed and they managed the process from there. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| Throughout my dealings with them I found them to be totally professional. I was aware that they acted as an impartial manager butthey were extremely helpful and provided much support. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| I had difficulty in raising a second mortgage to meet a lump sum payment due in the final year of the IVA. They suggested an manageable alternative that was acceptable to the creditors and myself. |
