| My circumstances: |
| i am a plumber living in shropshire, after an accident a few yrs ago i had to leave work and during this time i was short of cash and turned to loans and credit cards this was not the problem but the intrest on these meant than i was not paying off the actual amount i owed so i got more and more in debt, i live with a single parent and we share house bills etc its a morgaged property! i tried debt consolidation and all sorts nothing else worked! |

| a friend who owed a lot more than me, ie 70,000 where i owe 16.000 suggested i looked into it so once i got home one night i searched the web until i came accross several iva companies i reaserched them and looked at reviews as to who had dealt with each company before, i then chose vincent bond and co who then put me on to bridgestones both these companies work together and i highlr recommend both! i forwarded an email to the company and the next day i had a phone call from them who explained everything and my options etc they were very friendly and helpful and it was not like ringing the bank, the person i spoke to rang me in his time not work time theres no passing you on to different people or any type of call centre just a man in a office on his own which these days is good :) |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| they rated top in all areas because no matter what i threw there way they were more than happy to give me help advice etc and move the case on and on, |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| well i suppose the fact that they request you to send all sorts of documentation like bank statements pay checks etc or even debt letters from companies you owe, but they provided me with a bunch of pre-paid envelopes to send everything so simple. |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| no comment needed. |
| Other points |
| still ongoing ....but given what the monthly payments are i should pay off all i owe within the five years. |
