My circumstances:
I am a paralegal living in London with 24k of debt.
My interaction with the company:
spoke on the phone discussed my circumstances and IVA was recommended, I provided the requested information/documents and a proposal was agreed. There was a minor change agreed on the day of the creditors meeting.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated 8/9 as the service was always more than good, close to excellent often.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They broke everything down and explained at every stage what was happening and what i could expect.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
