My circumstances:
I have had to have a year off work due to dislocating both my knees, my credit rating was a 999 before this years unfortunate turn of events and I have had to use £39K to support myself, as benefits were not very much and I didnt receive them for long. I did have a £15K loan included in this sum but with no income it is hard to keep up with repayments.
My interaction with the company:
I rang them, they listened to my situation and recommended IVA, they posted form, I completed and returned, after some small changes the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. I found them to be friendly and helpful.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The customer service I received was excellent except I felt that the first 3 month non payment to my creditors wasnt explained to me or I would have found the money to pay them the 3 months upfront, which is why I have rated them a 9 and not 10/10.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They constantly called and checked I was ok with arrangements and I have felt very safe in their hands, with their expertise and knowledge.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
They could have advised me they were not paying my creditors for three months and not made me worry about that. 
Other points
I have written off about £32K and paying only £6600 which is amazing but I would have made sure I saved enough to support myself better next time just in case I am ever out of work again.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
