| I am a single parent with 56k of debt and a property with 7k equity. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| The IVA company were brilliant, including all the administration staff. Everything was explained well to me, everything was talked through and there was no pressure on me to make a decision if I didnt want to. I was able to telephone or email and always had a quick response to questions. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| They were sympathetic and understanding, they went through everything well and I felt that they would do the best job they could for me. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| They really took into consideration my job, as I work shifts it was difficult to find time for phone calls etc, but the company worked around that and still had my Iva finalised in a realistic time frame. Staff were always polite and very understanding of the situation. |
