My circumstances:
I am a single parent and had debt build up to the value of about £30000. They were excellent throughout the start dealing with my creditors and the proposed IVa repayments. 5 years later and all has now been completed, just waiting for my completion documentation.
My interaction with the company:
After speaking to them and sending off the required information, they called me and went through the iva process and payments required. It was all set up and accepted reasonably quickly. At all times they were helpful and responded quickly to any queries I had, which to be honest were few as they explained everything fully and clearly.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them es excellent as I never had any issues
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Prompt, efficient and friendly service. Didnt feel embarressed at any time about the situation I was in.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing 
Other points
I think about £15000 was written off and £25000 was paid. Not too sure now as I dont have the paperwork with me. I paid £435 per month for 5 years and am now clear of debt. I will never get into the same situation again. I have learned to live without credit for 5 years anf fully intend to keep doing so.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
