My circumstances:
We are a couple living in North London and had £45,000 of debt and struggling to pay minimum payments using credit cards to make the payments.
My interaction with the company:
One of the most important calls we ever made was to this company. As soon as we heard the voice at the other end of the phone it made us feel at ease immediately and not at all ashamed. They was very professional, positive and very sincere and their positive and encouraging attitude made us feel extremely comfortable. The office was very helpful when we called on numerous occasions to get an update and a real pleasure to speak to. The IVA has changed our lives incredibly for the better as peace of mind for us is the most important necessity in life when you know that there is "light at the end of the tunnel" and in a few years time be debt free!!!!! We are absolutely over the moon. Once again we cant thank the company for their excellent team effort and compassion & understanding in dealing with a very delicate situation and would not hesitate in recommending anyone in our situation to simply pick up the phone to change their lives for the better.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of to because of their excellent and very sensitve and trusting nature.<br>

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
