| My circumstances: |
| I am self employed worker and at the time of my debt I was employed and had around 20 - 25k on cards and loans and didnt have any savings or property . I was laid off from work and was finding hard to make payments and finding work was difficult. |

| I got in touch with them and the process was very easy and they told me everything I needed to do and helped me through everything and they were very easy to deal with. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 10/10 as they helped me get out of a situation that could of ended up even worse even when I went through a bad stage of making payments in to the IVA and they were very understanding. |

| Nothing really it was completed with ease and no hassle. |

| Now I have completed am debt free and have learnt if I cant afford it then dont buy it and will never get in such a financial mess that bad again. |
