My circumstances:
Married couple from North Yorkshire, we owed about £40k and didnt know what to do so we spoke to a few companies one of which was Varden Nuttall
My interaction with the company:
from the first time i spoke to someone at VN they havee been brilliant, they even impressed my wife.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The reason i have given these ratings is everything has been run superbly, the staff have always been there if we needed them its been brilliant.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Nothing ever seemed to difficult their staff were always willing to help even wheen my car went after only 3 months of the IVA.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

My IVA is now in the completion stages and am really happy with everything that VN has done for me and my wife.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
