| I am a self employed Taxi driver. Due to recent financial climate, work has reduced by 70%, and consequently, it was very difficult to meet my financial obligations. Unfortunately, my wife is unemployed, so we were struggling to survive. |

| They responded to telephone calls immediately. They came out to the house to go through everything with us, which we were very happy about. |
