| Hi, I am a 28 years old.<br> <br> My financial situation started when I left college after finishing my Nursery Nurse course.<br> <br> I was careless when I finished college and took advantage of the credit that was offered to me – before I knew it, the monthly repayments requested by my creditors totalled more than my monthly income which is when I contacted ClearDebt after searching the internet for information. |

| As stated above, I searched the internet, read the useful information contained on their website, completed the online questionnaire (I did come across a minor issue whilst completing the questionnaire, but one call to a advisor (I think was called Mina) pointed me in the right direction) and a Solution Pack was sent out to me to complete and return with requested information. |

| Fast, speedy response and always friendly and clearly spoken when explaining the technicalities of the IVA procedure (as it’s not as easy for everyone to understand!)<br> <br> |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| Made me feel relaxed when I had finished speaking to them – I felt that they had taken all my worries away – or at least until I received another horrible call from one of my creditors!<br> <br> |

| I had £33,000 of debt – I am paying £400 per month over a 60 month period which is an amount I can realistically afford to pay and my creditors are receiving 59p/£<br> <br> |
