My circumstances:
I am a architectural cad technician living in London due to the credit crunch I lost my job and my life was upside down, I had a 77k of debt and a property with no equity due to out standing balance on my mortgage.Firstly I was payment plan last two years and financial adviser advised me to go for an IVA.
My interaction with the company:
I phoned Varden Nuttall directly on a recommendation by a friend. They were very helpful, listened to my problems and suggested that an IVA was the most suitable solution for my individual circumstances. They sent me some paperwork and talked me through how to fill it in, then drafted a proposal for me. A month later, it was accepted by my creditors.<br>
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They have very quality, understanding and speedy service and they do not let you worry about it .They just do it!No hassle at all.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was away for a week and they did every possible way to contact me to sort out outstanding issues as quick as possible.They always kept me informed about the process and how long it would take, and someone was always on hand to answer my questions.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
