| had joint debts 12k, kept up to date with payments, just going under!!! |

| i called and expained situation, fj staff brilliant and very supportive |

| i always knew they were at the end of the phone |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| they were never condescending, always very nice, took all the stress away! |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| nothing could be improved, even when i had new relationship manager who i didnt feel was always 100% on our side, they changed the rm that day, so cant even really complain about that! |
| Other points |
| IVA is in process of being paid early (we have been very lucky) just waiting for creditors to respond to variation report! I would recommend freeman jones to anyone who feels out of their depth |
