| my wife and I had a negative life changing event and we had aquired £240,000 of debt with little equity in our property. |

| very understanding and non judgemental. very friendly and helpful and to my surprise the iva was accepted at creditors meeting |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 10 out of 10 because they were always helpful and seemed to show a genuine interest and concern for our continually deteriorating circumstances. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| They have managed to get us a payment holiday and two extensions to the agreement. Brilliant !! |

| TRying to sell house with all equity going to creditors. Difficult at present time but we have receved two extensions. Dividend will be around 17p. |
