My circumstances:
i am married and have 4 children. me and my husband got to the point we didnt know where to turn for help, over the years we had accumulated debts of around £45k for the usual for living life(car loans, credit cards ect) but it all just seemed to get out of control, even had threats from bailiffs,
My interaction with the company:
it was suggested to me and my husband we go down the IVA route, i filled out some forms on line and the company rang me straight back (even before i had logged of my computer),which took away the nerves of me having to ring them! they were very sympathetic and understanding, i explained my situation and they explained i am not alone, there are lots of people just like me and my husband who need help, they sent me all the paperwork i filled it out and sent it back, at the creditors meeting a few changes had to be made and i it got accepted, the whole way threw the process i have had calls checking i understand the process and if ever i had a question not to hesitate to call
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rate them 9 out of 10,right from the first phone call they lifted the weight from my shoulders, i think i even cried with relive.They were very sympathetic, it has been like talking to my friends.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the whole package impressed me from their knowledge and advice to their compassion and telephone manner.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
personally for me i dont think there is anything they can improve on. 
Other points
i have just finished my IVA, dont know much about figures i theft that up the professionals, i think i wrote off around £8k.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
