| My circumstances: |
| I am an Administrator living in Bristol and at 58 years old had long term debt of 26k, although managing to sustain this debt over many years, things started to get diffucult so sought a solution. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I telephoned the company and told them everything, I felt very embarrassed because at 58 years of age I should of been able to deal with things. I need not of worried they did not judge in any way just offered a solution and within days all the paperwork for the IVA was completed and my IVA was accepted at the creditors meeting. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I gave top rating in all areas as I found them to be very professional and understanding throughout all of the process. |

| From first phone call I felt I was in very good hands, they were very understanding, I liked this very much. |

| I cant think of anything at all, this is a first class company. |
