My circumstances:
I am a Family Support Worker, single mother of one child. I had a 50+K debt as a result of moving property in order to give my son his own bedroom at the age of 10years old.
My interaction with the company:
I searched the internet for online solutions to resolve my situation. I was considering bankruptcy when I was put in contact with Verden Nuttall. Instantly I could see they acted in my best interest and the advice I got reassured me that I had other options. The staff were efficient, reliable and easy to talk to. I was no longer in my spiral down!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Speaking with Verden Nuttall not only helped me manage my situation, it made me look at the issues I had with myself and the long term changes I have to make. I am very cautious about who I trust. So the service I received made it very easy to trust Verden Nuttall.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I always had a list of questions to ask and almost always they were able to answer my queries instantly. They were always very efficient and very knowledgeable.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Overall the service was excellent 
Other points
I am currently paying £150 p/m and always thinking about my every spend. I managed to write off almost half my debt and have learnt to live within my means. Being credit worthy does not mean you have to spend all the money available to you.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
