My circumstances:
I work for a bank and my wife is a nurse, we have 4 children and have a household income of about 35k , i had about 75k of debt that i just could`nt pay for.<br> I know that it`s my fault, but things just got out of control, it was to easy to borrow money because i had a great credit rating, i have never missed a payment for anything, and doing something like this was a hard decision, but it needed to be done.<br>
My interaction with the company:
I rang them, they listened to my situation and recommended IVA, they posted form, I completed and returned. I feel at ease talking to the and they have been very professional, all the staff have been great ,the person who i am in contact with at the moment is Sarah Robinson who is very professional .
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because so far (i`m only 5 months into my iva) they have been very understanding and very professional throughout.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Kept me in the picture at all stages, even if i had to chase them sometimes.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Sometimes i had to ring them for a progress report, maybe that was me being a bit impatient, also i did`nt always speak to the same contact and when i left messages i never go a phone call back and had to chase them.  
Other points
i`m 5 months in, and it is a bit of a struggle, i pay £256, but this is better than before when i was borrowing to just keep paying my interest rates on all my credit cards/loans.<br> <br> i have 35k in equity, and understand that i may have to remortgage to raise as much as i can, but i will cross that bridge when i get to it.<br> <br> i have hopefully learnt that if i want something i need to save up for it rather than just putting it on the credit card. <br>

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
