| I was put in touch with them via a 3rd party. They helped me straight away and posted all relevant forms that I needed to complete. The IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting after about 6-8 weeks. |

| My assigned caseworker was extremely understanding when my personal circumstances changed and I could not afford to keep up the monthly payments due to an illness. |
