My circumstances:
Young Family living in Dover. We had $55,000 of unsecured debt with no equity in our property. As we were both in full time employment and didnt want to lose our house it was decided an IVA was our best solution.
My interaction with the company:
We contacted Debt Free Me. They sent an Insolvency Practitioner round. We then submitted all our financial statements to them. Our file was then passed to Varden Nuttall who prepared the IVA Proposal. After some changes to our income and expenditure we agreed the IVA.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We rated them 7 out of 10 because the service has always been good and speed of response very good.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Provided guidance on changing the amount we pay into the IVA as our circumtances have changed. For example my wife has been signed off work sick recently. Our IVA advisor has been really helpful in advising how we should go about changing the amount we pay to suit our circumstances.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
More regular updates on how much we have paid into the IVA and % of our total debts currently being paid. 
Other points
We are now two years into the IVA which will last 5 years in total. Our situation has improved dramatically from two years ago. We are hopeful of successfully exiting the IVA in three years time and looking to the future with optimism.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
