My circumstances:
I am a civil servant living in Surrey, recently separated with over 30k of debt and no equity or savings.
My interaction with the company:
After advice fom Vincent Bond, I was referred to Bridgestones. My advisor was great, and explained all of my options again in detail. Once we were in agreement to pursue an IVA he was really efficient and always at hand to answer any questions and get things moving asap.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have rated Bridgestones 10 out of 10 because I always felt they were in full control of the situation, kept me informed at all times and really knew theyre subject.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was always confident that they managed my application in the best way so I had peace of mind that they were really working toward solving my problems. What can be better than that?!
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
To be honest, Im sure everyone would say they would like the process to be faster whilst going through it but in all honesty this cant be avoided. I cant complain about any of my experience. 
Other points
I have been accepted for an IVA today. I now pay £200 per month, a reduction of over £600.00. I have written off over £25.000 of debt.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
