| My circumstances: |
| Coach driver living in Newmarket. Separated from wife major debts in my name however they were accrued as a couple. No equity as marital home was housing association. Had to restart my life with no money and considerable debt. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| After consulting the team at Varden Nuttell they advised that an IVA was the way to go. Once the paperwork was completed the IVA was set in motion. Throughout the whole process they have kept me informed and regularly phone or text me to make sure everything is ok. I can not praise this company enough. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| This company are considerate, understanding and thoroughly professional. If I have any problems I simply pick up the phone and talk to them. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| There are many, but recently my car died and they were able to suspend payments for a period allowing me to purchase a replacement. |

| To date I have no complaints at all. |
| Other points |
| My current circumstances are that I am able to survive, however it is very tight. I have the knowledge that when this process is complete I will be wiser with money and of course better off. |
