My circumstances:
I am a bank supervisor living in Kettering. I had £36K of debt and a property with negative equity.
My interaction with the company:
My wife rang them initially and went through all the posibilities via a 1 hour call. They then arranged a call for me during a lunch break at work to confirm all details etc...The proposl was quickly put together however I was then made redundant and the proposal had to be changed. The proposal was accepted and the IVA completed 6 months later.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave them 9 out of 10 due to the clamness they brought to what was a very stressfull situation. The administrator who handled my case was always helpful and positive. They always worked out a solution to any new glitch or problem that arose through what I thought must have been a difficult IVA.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Their ability to make you feel like there is a light at the end of a very dark tunnel.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Very lame I know, but I cant 
Other points
The IVA went through with a dividend of 29p from my redundancy and was fully settled 6 months after acceptence.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
