My circumstances:
I am a self employed shop owner with over 45k of debt and very complicated circumstances regarding my home and income.
My interaction with the company:
Everyone I spoke to at Jones Giles were amazing and so helpful and non judgemental! Tina who I initially spoke to was amazing and really helped me with making a very difficult decision in applying for an IVA. Angela, Marc and Sue made the whole process very smooth and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on and what I was agreeing to. I am forever grateful to them for all their help!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
10 because they knew exactly what they were talking about and how to help me.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I think the most important thing was not asking for any money up front (other than my first IVA payment when we got to that stage, and it would be refunded if the IVA was rejected). I had contacted other companies that wanted alot of money upfront with no guarantee of an IVA and no money back if it failed. This really put me at ease with the whole process.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing! 
Other points
I have only had the IVA accepted today and I fell very very relieved!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
