My circumstances:
I am Cabin Crew and was earning 28k and my husband was earning 40k, he then lost his job and shortly afterwards I fell pregnant which put I huge strain on our finances, resulting in us owing about 50k and struggling every month to meet the minimum payments.
My interaction with the company:
I rang Vardell Nuttall and within the day a representative had been to see us and talked through all our finances. A representative then went through all the information and then rang us within the same week to recommend our best action, after some changes the IVA was accepted at the Creditors meeting. I found the people that I dealt with extremely helpful and professional.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 9 out of 10 because they made me feel like I wasnt the only person in the world to get into financial difficulties. They reassured me and made me feel better at a very stressful part of my life. The staff were all extremely helpful and patient and understood what you were going through so I felt I could trust them.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I cant think of one specific incident but when I rang them querying anything whilst filling in the forms etc they never made me feel stupid and they always took the time to explain everything thoroughly.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I felt they offered an excellent service and cannot fault anything that they did. 
Other points
Although we are still struggling financially the IVA has taken alot of pressure away from our daily lives, I wish we had addressed the matter sooner than we did.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
