My circumstances:
I was an estate agent...I got divorced and passed my property over to ex wife and children. I was earning a good salary and bought a house with a large mortgage as I felt my work prospects were good. I lost my job and whilst I found a new job the salary was much less...but my outgoings were high. I started using credit cards to supplement my income to pay the bills and gradually got more credit cards, higher credit limits and began to use credit cards just to make minimum payments. this carried on a few years in an incresing spiral of debt which amounted to circa 80k
My interaction with the company:
When youre in debt people talk to you and treat you like your rubbish, including family. From my very first contact with Varden Nuttall I had someone who treated me with respect and didnt judge me. Even though it is a few years ago I can still remember that first call, and the relief I had that someone was on my side!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them at 10/10 because I cannot fault them. Every person I have spoken to at Varden Nuttal are polite, respectful and understanding without exception

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
