My circumstances:
I am a driving instructor living in Wales, I had 65k in of debt and no equity.
My interaction with the company:
I rang the national debt help line and they gave me the number for the practitioner. I rang them and gave them details of my financial position. They discussed the various options and recommended an IVA, they sent me the form which I completed and returned to them. Some amendments were made, I then attended a meeting at their company offices where I was fully informed of how the IVA would progress. The IVA was accepted at the creditors meeting and the company have been in regular contact to ensure everything is going smoothly. They were excellent throughout the process and I would recommend them
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 9 out of 10 as throughout the process they kept me informed of what was happening and I felt confident they were doing their utmost to assist me
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Their approach, at the time of contacting them I felt in a desperate state and their reassurance that they could help me resolve my financial position lifted a huge wait off my shoulders
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing comes to mind

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
