My circumstances:
I had 30k+, with no equity in my property.
My interaction with the company:
I was introduced to Bridgestones by Spectrum Finance, Kerry Fernley phoned me, asked me some questions and sent me some forms to complete, after sending them back, my IVA proposal was put together and finally accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have rated them the maximum I could as thanks to Bridgestones and Kerry Fernley I have been able to start to lead a near normal life again.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Kerry Fernley treated me as a person, an individual even though I had admitted to making mistakes in getting into debt, she was supportive and never judged me whilst maintaining a professional manner, and was always at the end of a phone if I had any questions or concerns during the early stages of my IVA.b
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I do not feel that there would be anything that Bridgestones could improve on for me as I am happy with how they have and are dealing with my IVA. 
Other points
I have just finished my first year in my IVA and with the help and support provided by Bridgestones, especially Kerry Fernley I feel I have learnt possibly the most valuable lesson of my 36 years, Thank you Bridgstones and Kerry.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
