My circumstances:
I am a nurse living in London, i had debt problems and was on the look for an answer as i had all the debtors calling for their monies
My interaction with the company:
Found this number on line, phoned them had a discussion with a member in person, and finally recommended iva, got the necessary documents and in no time my problems were solved, my creditors accepted. I have had no problems since.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have high ratings as i have found them helpful and trustworthy so far. I rate them 8 out of 10
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
how quickly they got my through to my creditors
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing at this time

I have done 1yr so far and even though my circumstances changed we were still able to continue with the iva

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
