My circumstances:
I am driver living in Leeds I had approx 35k of debt and negative equity
My interaction with the company:
I rang a free help line and they rang me back.from the first phone contact with their very helpful staff things started to feel better and a great weight lifted fro my shoulders. after a minor change to the proposal the IVA was accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rate them so highly because of their knowledge and experteise and the way they made me feel at ease
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
When I needed a change to the IVA they pressed this with the creditors and got it altered
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
My initial contact left and it went a few days before being contacted again

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
