I proceeded as far along as: Failed IVA
The solution I opted for in the end: Bankruptcy

Their customer service: 1 out of 10
Their speed of response: 1 out of 10
Overall Company Rating: 3 out of 10

Insolvency Practitioner Ratings

Overall Insolvency Practitioner Rating: 1 out of 10

My circumstances:
Single Lad, 29 years old with approx £55k credit card and loan debts. Living with parents and no assetts
My interaction with the company:
Met advisor descretely (which i did rate them for) accepted the terms, as i was young it seemed my only solution, i was scared of what might happen with bankrupcy. Signing me up for the IVA was a very friendly process.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rate the company so low due to the lack of communication. I suffer with depression andanxiety and my IVA should have failed months ago, i only recieve a generic letter from them saying they may be able to change my payment plan. Im currently not working and on Incapacity Benefit. I just want them to help me go through a Bankrupcy now.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Meeting me initially very discreetly
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Letter communication and customer care
Other points
After 3 years of paying all i could £370 per month i come out of work due to depression. Still waiting to persue bankrupcy.

Comment: You state they were friendly, discreet, got your IVA set up quickly, based on the fact you were too scared for bankruptcy and didn't want that route. You then state your circumstances changed, which they then offered to modify the terms of the arrangement to enable it to continue, so they tried to help you get back on track. But you marked them low because it "should have failed months ago". If your circumstances change, it's your responsibilit

Comment: You're taking the easy option? 29 living at home and still manage to spend £55k of other peoples money?! Then off with depression? that old chestnut!

    Good Points
Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
