My circumstances:
I am a Police employee living in Yorkshire, I had 70k debt and a property with 10k equity
My interaction with the company:
I rang them and they listened to my situation and then advised me on the available options with IVA being recommended. They took details over the phone then I received a personal visit which was welcomed and the necessary forms were left to complete. I was given a phone contact name throughout the process for essential advice. They proposed the details of the IVA which were fully explained and discussed with me and which were accepted by the creditors. They have been in regular contact by letter and phone not only for the necessary periodic reviews but to check on my welfare. They have been positive, personable and professional throughout
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They have solved a terrible personal situation and have been supportive, open and non-judgmental throughout
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Once the process had been agreed I still received horrible letters from one particular creditor. After a phone call to them they dealt with the issue immediately keeping me fully updated with their procedure.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I wonder if the process could have been completed quicker 
Other points
I am two years in to the IVA and can now manage my income far better as I have a set budget each month and no available temptation of credit. The initial IVA would see me pay off 40 of the outstanding 70k. With increases in income this will increase, quite rightly so, and I believe I will pay back nearer to 55k.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
