My circumstances:
I had 63k worth of unsecured debts was in negative equity on my house with high mortgage/secured loan payments and had been on a DMP with CCCS for 3/4 years but was finding it increasingly difficult to cope. It as would have taken me another 20 years to pay the debts back. I was desperate to avoid bankruptcy although this really the most realistic option for me.
My interaction with the company:
I came into an 18k windfall [PPI refund] so I called the IVA Advice Company for advice and they suggested a Full and Final IVA. All the staff I had contact with[Tina/Amie/Mark and Susan]were professional but friendly in their approach and their advice was clear and easy to understand. The F & F IVA was accpeted a couple of days ago!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them highly because they were honest, efficient, clear, professional and combined these qualities with a personal, non-judgemental and supportive approach.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Regardless of who picked up the phone when you called there was a consistently high quality customer service.

My IVA has been accepted - a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders and as a single parent this means a lot. My creditors accepted 22p in the pound1

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
