My circumstances:
I am a single male living in a mobile home on a caravan park.My debts built up over the years until it got to the point where I would have to draw on my credit cards just to pay them. I had run up debts of almost £57,000. I just did not know what to do. I had all this debt no equity and could see no way out.I saw a ad on tv for Clear Debt so I took a look at the web site. Not knowing what it was all about (IVA that is) I pondered for a few days, I then gave them a call.
My interaction with the company:
Right from the first phone call thay made me feel you are not on your own we can help. All the staff I spoke to were polite and helpfull nothing was too much troble.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 for the simple reason thay put forward a way for me to get out of debt that I have tried to do on my own for the last 10 years.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Everything from day 1 to the start of my IVA.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing 
Other points
I have learn that loans/credit cards are a big no no I drill it in to my kids now if you dont have the cash in the bank dont spend it!!<br> Clear Debt wrote off around 60% of my debt.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
