| My circumstances: |
| Throughout my working life I made use of general credit to supplement my income. I suffered a severe back injury in 1994 & had to give up work. My spouse became my full time carer from that point. During this time i suffered with severe depression which led to my spending habits spiralling out of control. We struggled to maintain payments to my creditors but could no longer do so without getting further into debt. The time came for me to tackle my debt problem with a view to becoming debt free eventually. |

| Whilst in the IVA, they re-negotiated contributions after calling a Variation meeting to allow me extra money to be spent on Coal for heating. |
