My circumstances:
Husband and wife combined debt of £102,000. Offered full and final settlement of £40,000.
My interaction with the company:
All contact with firm has been friendly and professional. All options were fully explained to us and we decided a iva would be the best solution. Husbands iva was accepted at the creditors meeting, however mine was refused as none of the creditors voted. The ip contacted creditors that day and managed to obtain a vote in favour of the iva, resulting in it also being accepted, without the need for an adjournment.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They were non judgemental and offered professional impartial advice, there were no up front fees and could always be contacted if you had any questions.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Ip made the effort to try and obtain votes on the day of the creditors meeting when iva was initialy refused, instead of just adjourning the meeting for 14 days.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
