My circumstances:
I was a director in a company that went wrong. My relationship broke down and my partner at the time forced me in to debt.
My interaction with the company:
I rang them to find out more information. They were very professional and understanding about my situation. I was taken through my options and chose the best one for my situation.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They are always very friendly and professional. Any problems i just ring and ask and the seem to sort them out straight away.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I am still having financial problems and they were able to spread my payments weekly. Which allows me to live with less stress.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
