My circumstances:
Due to my ill health and changes in our income we found ourselves with £80,000 worth of debt. Couldnt manage the minimum payments anymore.
My interaction with the company:
I emailed Michael Peoples after reading his posts on iva.co.uk and had a couple of long chats with him. Took me a while to get all evidence together but once they got all the paperwork things moved very quick.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have no doubt that they are worth 10/10 in every respect.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
At no time did they make me feel that we were foolish to be in so much debt. The advice was invaluable and I felt very comfortable all the way through.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing - in my view the whole process was perfect. 
Other points
IVA approved today. Although we have had to agree to make an extra 12 months payments due to the low payments we will still be writing off about 75%. I wish I had done this a couple of years ago when we started to struggle.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
