| My circumstances: |
| we are a married couple living in kent and we had over 60k of debts with interest and fees making it rise by hundreds more every month we were just about to have our first baby and could not even afford half the monthly payments |
| My interaction with the company: |
| i rang on behalf of my husband as he wouldnt try to find a solution they explained our options i had never heard of an iva at that point there was no adverts etc for them we thought there was no hope for us we nearly lost our house and everything else a month before our baby was born |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| i rated them 9 out of ten because they really helped and explained everything throughly i dont know where we would be now without them |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| heves irfan marks assistant replied to every email i sent when i was unsure what was happening and any doubts i had were ironed out |

| felt a bit lost at one point when the companies changed over |
| Other points |
| we wrote off around 40k but no equity has been taken from our house yet so we have to wait and see. things are still very tight money wise but we are paying it and there are no creditors on our back which terrified me especially when people were coming to the door when i was heavily pregnant demandind i go down the bank and draw them money out at that moment. also we can pay our mortgage and after paying the arrears and we have still got our house |
