| My circumstances: |
| i was a self employed builder, with a new wife and family, with credit being thrown at me from all sources, found it all very tempting and was soon out of my depth and unable to make the repayments. |

| I called Varden Nuttall to discuss my situation, they explained the process and indicated that i should be accepted in principal straight away, i sent all the paperwork to them list of creditors, amounts owed our income and expenditure, a proposal was put forward and excepted at our creditors meeting. |

| We are now reaching the end of our term, any information or queries i have had during this time have been answered immediately, Varden Nuttall have regularly contacted me to check all is ok and that we are making payments ok |

| Called to let me know that as we were repaying slightly more than necessary we would finish our IVA earlier than expected |
