My circumstances:
I had my own company and had to close down. I had £44K of debt and paid back creditiors £35k through a remortgage.
My interaction with the company:
From my first call I was able to talk to someone who was listening to me, which is a great feeling when you feel like all around you is getting out of control. After a long initial and very helpful chat we decided an IVA was right for me, we then proceeded through the process.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 because I trusted them and they took on a what I thought was a great challenge from my company! Accounts were very messy and with various creditors but they seemed to simplify things.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
What impressed me the most or should I say was more of a relief was when they were able to take on ALL the phone calls and letters, this was a huge relief for me not to have to deal with the daily mass of post.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I cant think of anything that could have been improved - having gone through the stress I did for the last year trying to keep my company going and suppliers happy, had to be the worst and hardest year of my life - the IVA gave me a great big helping hand and light just when I needed it. 
Other points
The thing I have learnt is not to be too friendly in business - which got me here in the first place! and if you dont have the ready cash, simply dont buy it!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
