| I work for the Local Authority and live in the Herne Bay area.I had over 50K of debt.There is no equity on my house at this moment in time.I have 2 children and also need car to travel to work. |

| I phoned Varden Nuttall directly on a recommendation by a friend. They were very helpful, listened to my problems and suggested that an IVA was the most suitable solution for my individual circumstances. They sent me some paperwork and talked me through how to fill it in, then drafted a proposal for me. A month later, it was accepted by my creditors. |
