| My circumstances: |
| I have traded successfully as a Stone Mason and Funeral Director. My trading account had its overdraft cut by £35,000. The bank wanted the repayment immediately, I tried to pay this debt to the detriment of HMRC for VAT. I have been trying to pay this debt along with HMRCs ever increasing debt. This pattern continued for almost 2 years and my debts were at an unmanageable level. |

| HMRC was going to petition for Bky. Even though Sandra McAlister was due to go on annual leave, she made the time to come to where I live, take me to see my solicitor and took me to court and got the whole process stopped whilst we put together the Proposal for the IVA |
