| My circumstances: |
| Throughout my working life I made use of general credit to supplement my income. I severly injured my banck in 1994 & ahd to give up work leading to a loss of income. My spouse became my full time carer from that point on. During this time I suffered from severe depression which led to my spending habits spiralling out of control. We struggled to maintain payments to my creditors by can no longer do so without getting further into debt. The time has come for me to tackle my debt problem with a view to becoming debt free. |

| Whilst in the IVA they re-negotiated payments for me after calling a Variation Meeting to allow for extra money to be spent on Coal for heating. |
