My circumstances:
Approached Debt Counsellors early Jan 2007. Overall debt was £78k by the time the Creditors Meeting was conviened. A CCJ was on me by the 22nd March 2007. They done nothing to stop it. I paid £130 for an Interim Order to stop any futher leagal action untill the outcome of the Creditors Meeting in early May 2007.
My interaction with the company:
They were good at communicating however I seldomly spoke with same person more than three times. I never spoke to an IP!!!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They were bad for me.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Nothing.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
They did not offer a Full and Final IVA option. Stop taking money from clients before their IVAs are accepted. 
Other points
Total failure with this company. I went looking for another IVA company and thank god I found Melanie Giles at the IVA Advice Bureau in Cardiff. Yes there is happy ending to this story. I got my IVA accepted at 34p in the £ on the 14th of June 2007. Take my advice and stay well away from Synergi.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
