|I am an insurance account handler, my total debts were £60,000. Credit cards personal loans etc.|

|I found the process quite straightforward. I didnt have to attend court this was a relief! <br> I liased with my case handler to explain why i had become in debt and a monthly budget was arranged which ensured that i could meet the monthly IVA payment and still pay my bills and mortgage, i did not loose my home!|
|Why I gave the ratings I did:|
|Good customer service, if i wanted to know how much i owed or how up to date i was with my payments they could always assist.<br> <br> Handlers a knowledgeable about the financial services industry therefore they deal with all your creditors for you. <br> <br>|
|One thing they did - which really impressed me:|
|The company provides a service each month someone will contact you by text or phone just to see how your IVA is going this is very good, adds a personal touch good customeer service.|
|One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:|
|I wasnt always able to speak to the same person, my case handler. However i do understand that this can be difficult and i did find that the person i spoke to alwasys assisted me.|
|I have learnt a lesson never to become in debt and i will be more cautious and will think carefully when making financial decisions. <br> If i had known i would have contact the IVA company sooner i left my debts to increas too much before seeking assistance. Mainly due to fear<br>|
