| After initial contact by phone I had a face to face meeting with Melanie, which proved very helpful as all my options not just an IVA were explained. I found all staff working for the company to be very understanding and helpful. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I gave them a high rating for the quality of the proposal and for the speed at which they worked to get the IVA to the point of a creditors meeting. 4 weeks from face to face meeting to creditors meeting. Also did not request up front payments |
