My circumstances:
I am a young sales assistant i was in about 20k of debt from loans,credit cards/store cards and phone contracts
My interaction with the company:
i seeked help from varden nuttall after explaining my financial situation found that an iva was the best option for me, i found them to be extremely helpful and the process went through very quickly and stress free.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them a 10 out of 10 because i have found them very helpful i am 2 years into my iva have 3 years left and have not had a single problem as of yet.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
when i lost my job briefly for 4 months they were very understanding about my situation and helped a lot.

i am still currently living at home with parents altho i pay rent and other bills my finances are under control and i have learnt a lot about handling my finances and only wished i had applied for an iva sooner if i knew it was an option i would have applied earlier than i did.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
