| I am a Training Asdvisor, My wife and I had a pub and built up a debt of 47K before leaving and we now live in rented property. |

| I searched the goverment web site and they recommended the IVA firm that I now am using, I found the process quite easy but have reservations that we did not choose the best option for us through lack of advice. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 7 out of 10 as the service we currently recieve is excellent but recently asked for a review due to a change in cirmumstances and this took longer than I expected and I had to call the company to chase the progress. |

| Regardless of the time taken to impliment the reveiw I am very impressed with the change |

| keeping me imformed of review changes and providing more information on options. |
