My circumstances:
i live in the merseyside area i had 24k of debt my husband passed away i was left with only my income which is low
My interaction with the company:
they listened and where very understanding sympathetic and explained things to me
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i have give them the 9 out of 10 for there understanding and made me feel relaxed in a time that was very stressfull
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
always keep in touch and informed of any changes
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
for me i could,nt fault

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
